  • What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?
    Rest assured, the item(s) depicted in the picture(s) are precisely what you can expect to receive. We strive for transparency and accuracy in our product representation.
  • What is your return policy?
    Once the shipment has been successfully tracked and delivered to the address provided during the transaction, the sale is considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns at this point.
  • Do you provide delivery services for all products?
    Your item(s) will be meticulously wrapped and secured in a sturdy box, ensuring its safety during transit. We offer two reliable shipping options: SingPost Priority or DHL for International, both equipped with tracking and requiring a signature upon delivery.

  • Shipping Policy
    1. Expenses: Shipping costs and any tax, custom, fee or other cost or expense, foreseeable or unforeseeable, shall be borne solely by the client. If you wish the item to be insured and/or delivered by any other way other than standard courier service, you must indicate so and pay any applicable additional charges. You must pay any taxes, customs and fees incurred with respect to your order. 2. Processing your order may take up to 7 days. 3. Deliveries usually take 10-14 days to arrive, however in rare cases they can take up to 30 days. 4. The item will be deemed delivered to the client, a designated location, delivery point or representative of the client, including a member of the family, or any other person or authority entitled to receive the respective item. We may use third-party couriers to deliver orders, and we are not responsible for any third party acts or omissions including lost or delayed orders. Orders are sent out through regular shipping. If you wish to have them sent with insurance coverage or through express delivery, email us first at before purchasing to receive a quotation. 5. The items are already manufactured as shown in our gallery. We cannot cancel your order when it's already printed or shipped or when the item is damaged. If delivery has been documented in proximity to the occurrence, we will deny a claim for fault unless you provide equivalent documentation. Therefore, to avoid inconvenience we suggest you document any item immediately upon receipt. 6. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns and Refunds
    If upon receiving you exquisite orders and you are not completely satisfied with the items, simply contact our customer service team ( within 14 days from date of receipt and we shall then verify to process the return/refunds for you.  Please kindly note that we will only process your refund through the payment service that you had used. Our team will provide you a manual receipt as your proof of returns. Please kindly keep that copy for future reference. Please note, we only accept returns of unused, undamaged Products, with original packaging, tags and marks intact. Missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged Products will not be refunded. Once your item has arrived, you should open and examine it to make sure that the Products meet your order. If you wish to return a Product inform us as soon as possible, and avoid removing the tags, altering, or washing the Product or its packaging. Shipping costs, taxes and other associated with these are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
